Visa-Free Entry
Citizens of the EU, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and some other countries can enter Kyrgyzstan without a visa for up to 60 days.
Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your entry date.

Tour Difficulty and Requirements
Level: Moderate to challenging. Daily walking is 5–7 hours with some steep climbs. Participants should be in good physical shape.
Altitude: Trekking reaches up to 3,400 m.
Age Limit: 18–50 years old.

Safety
Local people live along the route and can assist in emergencies.
Guides carry a satellite phone during the trek.
Basic first-aid kits are carried by the guides.

Medical Information
High Altitude: Consult your doctor if you are sensitive to altitude.
Medication: Bring any personal medicine you require.

Accommodation
Guesthouses, tents, and homestays with shared bathrooms. Conditions in remote areas are simple. Accommodation depends on the route.

Meals and Diets
Traditional Kyrgyz meals are served (meat, rice, noodles, vegetables).
All meals are Halal.
Breakfast: Tea/coffee, bread, butter, eggs, vegetables, fruits.
Lunch: Salad, sandwich, bread, dried fruits, vegetables.
Dinner: Hot meal, dried fruits, jam, bread, tea.
Diet Options: Vegetarian options are available; bring your own special food for strict dietary needs. Gluten-free food is available in cities.
Water: Not included; bring your own bottle or filter.

Weather: Temperatures vary with altitude. Check local forecasts before the trip.

You Should Bring: Sleeping bag, mattress, filter bottle, small backpack (40–50 L), trekking stick (optional)
You will carry your own backpack. Porter horses carry luggage.

Booking and Payment
Deposit: €300 to confirm booking
Final Payment: Pay remaining in cash on arrival in Bishkek or via bank transfer (bank fees not included). Credit card payment is possible.
Cancellation: Deposit is non-refundable but can be used for a future trip.
