2024 Singapore tourism trade show – ITB Asia.
For the first time, our director Azamat went to Singapore to take part in the ITB Asia tourism trade show. KAGAN had never been to participate in a tourism trade show. It was an enriching experience. ITB Asia runs from October 23 to 25. We were there as trade show visitors. As the name suggests, the show is dedicated to tourism in Asia, a huge market in the East and Pacific.
Up to now, we’ve been working with customers from Europe and the Middle East, offering hiking, horseback riding, ski touring and car rental. In ITB Asia 2024 Singapore tourism trade show, Kyrgyzstan is positioned as a destination of the Silk Road, and of course of nomads and mountains. The KAGAN team was armed with 2 programs based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. So, we proposed Kyrgyzstan via Kazakhstan.
We had meetings with tour operators from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India, Bangladesh, Thailand and Oman. We very much hope that our meetings will be followed up. Since we have presented our services and programs well. programmes.
Road show in Malaysia
Taking advantage of the occasion, the Kyrgyz Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, the Tourism Development Foundation and the Kyrgyz Tour Operators Association organized a business meeting with tourism stakeholders in Malaysia. KAGAN was also presented by our director and founder Azamat.
KAGAN presented itself with great success at the road show, since our local partner was very encouraging during the pitching sessions. When you are well recommended by your local partner at a major international event. It was a meeting of Kyrgyz and Malaysian travel agencies at the Double Tree by HILTON hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
AGAN presented our advantages as creators of tailor-made trips to Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, as well as our “cultural discovery” tours from spring to late autumn. Our proposals for this market will last around 10 days of travel on our terrain.
