2008 – 2012 | The Beginning

It all started in 2008, when our founder Azamat began guiding travelers through the wild and untouched mountains of Kyrgyzstan. Driven by a deep love for nature and adventure, he led small groups on hiking and horseback riding tours, sharing the beauty and traditions of his homeland.

2013 – 2016 | Growing with Experience

Word about KAGAN’s authentic and safe adventures spread quickly. During these years, the company expanded its team of local guides, built partnerships with trusted drivers, and introduced new custom-made itineraries across the Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions. This period marked the transformation from a solo guide service into a structured local tour operator.

2017 – 2020 | Expanding Horizons Growing with Experience

KAGAN took the next step — launching 4×4 off-road expeditions, winter ski programs, and cross-border routesconnecting Kyrgyzstan with neighboring Kazakhstan. We also began collaborating with international travel agencies, introducing guests from Europe and Asia to the heart of Central Asia. The focus shifted toward professional logistics and tailored experiences that combined comfort and adventure.
