Here is the program by day (TR09D18EN)

Day 1 / Bishkek – South Issyk-Kul:

Pickup at Manas Airport. Breakfast and currency exchange in the city center. Transfer to Issyk-Kul Lake. On the way, visit the Burana Tower, dating back to the 11th century. Lunch with a Dungan family. Continue to the southern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. Arrival at the yurt camp. Dinner and overnight stay in the yurt camp. (280 km)

 

Day 2 / Trekking to the Panorama:

It is a day for peaks and lakes. In the morning, take a short transfer. Meet a traditional golden eagle hunter. Start hiking to the Panorama viewpoint through a beautiful, dry landscape. Picnic on the beach. In the late afternoon, return to the yurt camp. Dinner and overnight stay in the same yurt camp. (5 hours of hiking)

 

Day 3 / Trekking to Boz Salkyn Valley:

After a short morning transfer, start hiking to the pass at 2,466 m. Enjoy the desert-like landscape. Picnic with a stunning panoramic view of the lake before crossing the pass. In the mid-afternoon, arrive at the campsite. Dinner and overnight stay in tents. (6 hours of hiking)

 

Day 4 / Trekking to the Foot of Tong Pass:

Start hiking early through the pass at 3,300 m. Picnic after crossing the pass with breathtaking views of villages, the lake, and snow-capped peaks. Continue hiking and reach the Tong Valley campsite. Dinner and overnight stay at 3,100 m.

 

Day 5 / Trekking to Jiluu Suu Valley:

Hike to Tong Pass at 4,000 m. Enjoy a scenic view from the rocky pass. Picnic after the pass. Arrive at the campsite near a riverside by afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at 3,000 m. After dinner, relax in natural hot springs. (7 hours of hiking)

 

Day 6 / Trekking to Teshik-Kul Lake: Peaks and Lakes

It’s a day for seeing peaks and lakes. In the morning, hike to Teshik-Kul Lake, located at 3,500 m. Explore two picturesque lakes. Picnic by the lake, then hike to the pass at 3,800 m and descend into Karakaman Valley. Along the way, meet nomads, yaks, and sheep. Arrive at the campsite near Bolgart Road. Dinner and overnight stay in tents at 2,800 m. (7–8 hours of hiking)

 

Day 7 / Kuzgun Uya to Jakbolot Pass:

The day begins in the southern part of the Orto-Syrt Valley, home to Naryn region jailoos. Lunch in a shepherd’s yurt. Ascend to the foot of Jakbolot Pass. Dinner and overnight stay in tents. (6–7 hours of hiking)

 

Day 8 / Trekking through Jakbolot Pass:

Cross Jakbolot Pass (3,841 m) and reach Keng-Say Jailoo. Stay overnight in a shepherd’s yurt or tent. Picnic en route. Dinner and breakfast provided at the shepherd’s yurt. (6–7 hours of hiking)

 

Day 9 / Trekking to Eki-Naryn:

After breakfast, descend to Eki-Naryn Valley and reach Jailoo “Chyrpykty.” Overnight stay in a shepherd’s yurt. (6–7 hours of hiking)

 

Day 10 / Transfer to Son-Kul Lake:

In the morning, drive to Naryn City. Enjoy a local bath and have lunch at a restaurant. Continue to Son-Kul Lake via the 33 Parrots Pass (3,300 m). Arrive at the southern shore of the lake. Dinner and overnight stay in a yurt camp. (220 km)

 

Day 11 / Free Day at Son-Kul Lake:

Enjoy a free day at the yurt camp. Relax, explore, or take short walks see top of mountains and lakes ( Son-Kul). Dinner and overnight stay in the same yurt camp.

 

Day 12 / Transfer to Kazarman:

Leave the yurt camp early. Drive through the Moldo-Ashu Pass (3,150 m) with beautiful valley and forest views. Descend to Kurtka Village and visit the mausoleum of Taylak Baatyr. Continue to Kazarman, buy supplies for trekking, and meet the horse team. Dinner and overnight stay in tents.

 

Day 13 / Trekking to Kanachu Valley:

Take a short transfer to the starting point. Begin trekking with a caravan of horses along an ancient route. Picnic along the way. Arrive at the campsite by the river at 2,600 m in the afternoon. (6–7 hours of hiking)

 

Day 14 / Trekking to Kapka Lake:

Hike up to Chechekty Pass (3,300 m) with a picnic at the top. Pass nomad tents and descend to Kapka Lake. Dinner and overnight stay in tents near the lake at 2,600 m. (6–7 hours of hiking)

 

Day 15 / Trekking to Kara-Suu Lake:

After breakfast, leave the horses and hike along the Kara-Suu River to the lake’s end. A long day with a picnic in the forest. Dinner and overnight stay at the campsite. Opportunity for swimming and a campfire. (7–8 hours of hiking)

 

Day 16 / Trekking to Taktalik – Transfer to Toktogul:

On the final trekking day, hike up to Taktalik Pass for stunning peaks and lakes views. Descend to meet the driver for a transfer to Toktogul. Dinner and overnight stay in a guesthouse. (6–7 hours of hiking, 1-hour car transfer)

 

Day 17 / Transfer to Bishkek:

After breakfast, drive to Bishkek via Alabel Pass (3,150 m), the scenic Suusamyr Valley, and Too-Ashuu Tunnel. Arrive in Bishkek. Lunch in the city, followed by a visit to Osh Market and the city center. Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight stay in a hotel. End of services.
